本当の自分を知る前は、“私はこの体である。そして、この世界にある様々なものが私を守り、幸せにしてくれる。” と思っている。でも、それらの考えは確かなものではないことを知る。本当の私とは、限りなくつづく永遠であり、唯一の確かなもの。創造主、創造物、そして、個性を持った個体においての唯一無二の真実が私である。それは、時間からも自由な存在で、自由な意識。私は絶対的に満たされていて、つまり得ることも、失うことも何もない。
